- Consultation Support Fee
The Consultation Support Fee is for support that is outside the Centipede Firewall. This would include network design and consultation with products outside of Centipede Firewall. For example if integration with Microsoft Active Directory is desired, standard support for Centipede Firewall is included in the normal annual fee. If the client desires our help with the Microsoft Active Directory setup itself then the Consultation Support Fee would be applicable.
